What kind of metal angle grinder may have to be able to grind a nail in a screw?
I I need a metal cylinder that is able to grind really small and accurate. I'm having trouble in finding such a mill that is small enough to grind a nail in a screw, if I wanted to it. If anyone can help me a name for the mill that will be great. Thanks. I'm not really trying to grind a nail in a screw. I'm trying to put different grooves and limits on the nail. There is no particular pattern.
Threads are cut on a lathe machine, or thread. A mill is accurate enough even if you can find a very small stones or very small cutting wheel. First, not simply because the grinders can be held in the same position for length of threads, and the second stone or wheel changes shape as cuts. If you had a mill stationary you will need a rotary cutter head and the threads and a cone type full-time wheel dresser. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Now you say. Fistful held die grinder, or air or electricity, either straight or angle, with a carbide cutting wheel to cut trees and ends in a nail without any set pattern. Air tools are more robust and longer lived, but you need a compressed air source.
